What is the Species Online Atlas?

 

 
 

The Species Online Atlas (S.O.A.) is a collection of monographs on animal and vegetal species.

Each monograph in the S.O.A. is contributed by accounted researchers and experts and provided in different languages.

A particular emphasis is given to species that are poorly known, rare or endangered. A section of each monograph is dedicated to the conservation status of the species, and a bibliography is provided at the end of each page.
